Just released: the results of ARMA International's 2010 salary survey

To provide additional value and offer greater convenience to individuals using the salary survey data, an online web-based salary calculator is available. With this new tool, RIM practitioners and other interested professionals may quickly query the calculator to determine base salary statistics for specific combinations of variables, including job title, job location within the United States, education, and years of RIM experience.

Of particular interest to RIM professionals, respondents indicated satisfaction with their present pay and benefits package. Two-thirds (66 percent) of the individuals were very satisfied or satisfied. Not surprisingly, many respondents rated salary and benefits, at 69 percent and 62 percent, respectively, as quite important to job satisfaction.
