Deadline Extended: DRAFT Maturity Model - Generally Accepted Recordkeeping Principles®
ARMA International is asking its professional practitioners and members to review the following draft Maturity Model for feedback. The draft Maturity Model was introduced during ARMA International's 2009 Annual Conference & Expo on Friday, October 16.

A Maturity Model is a tool for objectively assessing an organization's ability to carry out a specific set of tasks.

Maturity, as defined when applying GARP® principles, means that each principle:
• Implies certain rules of behavior
• Dictates certain controls
• Carries oversight requirements
• Carries recordkeeping requirements
• Carries audit implications
• Carries continuous improvement implications
