Nuclear Records Retention Legal Research

My company is working with a consulting firm who has transformed our records retention schedules into "big buckets" but needs assistance identifying NUCLEAR legal citiations to determine records retention periods. Does anyone have a law firm or consulting company that can be recommended to conduct legal research only? We will continue to use the same consulting company to complete the records retention schedule work.
