I think that's the only sort of 'practice test questions' I had. However, I also tried to answer the questions at the end of each chapter in the 'blue book'...the one that's almost 20 years old and nearly impossible to buy. I don't remember the name of it, but it is a hard-cover and has so much in it! I know 3 people wrote it.
If someone can give the name of the textbook I'm thinking of... Those end-of-the-chapter questions helped!

I believe the text book title is: Information and Records Management, Second Edition, Maedke, Robek, Brown. It is this second edition that is so invaluable.

Permalink Reply by Melissa G. Dederer, CRM on February 15, 2011 at 8:57am The "blue book" is "Information and Records Management: Document-Based Information Systems", fourth edition, by Mary F. Robek, CRM, Gerald F. Brown, CRM, and David O. Stephens, CRM, CMC, ISBN: 0-02-801793-5. The book is out of print. However, some local ARMA chapters have copies in their libraries, some individuals have copies available for "borrowing" and, peridoically, some pop up on web sites available for sale. As Kelly states, it is a great book to obtain. Although outdated, it does provide some very useful information that will give you a solid foundation from which to build. Also, as she stated, the questions are great. I suggest reading the questions before reading the chapter, and then trying to answer the questions as you read through each chapter. It is a great way to "train" for the CRM exams.
